Homemade Goldfish Crackers

These little crackers are super easy to make and your kids will absolutely love them. Use any cheese you like!


  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or any cheese you like)
  • 3 tablespoon water


  • Add the flour and salt to a food processor and pulse. Then add butter and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse meal. Add grated cheese a little at a time and pulse
  • Add water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough forms into a ball. Once the dough forms into a ball it is ready
  • Flatten between two pieces of wax or freezer paper, and place in refrigerator 20 minutes
  • Roll the dough thin (about 1/8 inch)
  • Cut out shapes and place on a baking sheet
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 12-20 minutes depending on the thickness of the crackers
