Pumpkin Donut Holes

Pumpkin donuts baked then rolled in sugar and cinnamon. These make the perfect fall treat!


Pumpkin Donuts

1 3/4 cup all purpose flour

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1/2 tsp ground allspice

1/8 tsp ground cloves

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

3/4 cup pumpkin puree

3/4 cup whole milk

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

Cinnamon Sugar Topping:

2/3 cup sugar

2 tbsp cinnamon

1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cloves, baking powder and salt (Set aside)
  4. In a separate bowl whisk together pumpkin puree, milk, brown sugar, vegetable oil and vanilla
  5. Add the wet mixture to the dry and stir until combined
  6. Scoop batter into muffin tray (Filling most of the way)
  7. Bake for 12 min or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 min.
  8. In a small bowl mix together 2/3 cup sugar and 2 tbsp cinnamon
  9. Brush melted butter on each donut and coat them in the cinnamon sugar mixture
  10. ENJOY!
